Open space, remote working, the birth of new professions and the evolution of past dynamics: all this has given shape to the regeneration project for the office floors, with the design of spaces with flexible layouts, able to host traditional offices, open spaces with meeting rooms and mixed formulas. From the eighth floor to the top, large windows run the length of the walls, offering a 360° view.

The light that pours in from the outside is collected and amplified by the flooring, ensuring charm but also maximum space modularity. In keeping with this approach, the technological infrastructure has also been designed with contemporary work needs and the fundamental role of connectivity in mind. In fact, plans to obtain WiredScore Silver certification for the office section. This certification recognizes the highest levels of digital connection and smart technology. The offices are served by a specially reserved, independent lobby, and are given in Category A.
